As with any demonstration of mediumship/psychic event, public or private, this should be used for entertainment purposes only, by law. No guarantees will be made, and in the event you receive a message, any information brought forward, should not conflict with any legal, medical or professional advice.

Psychic supper tickets must be paid for in advance at the venue and a ticket is required on entry to public demonstrations and private functions.

Strictly no under 18’s allowed at events. If you appear to look under the age of 18 we may ask for photo identification.

Please have your online ticket details available on entry.

The use of recording Video or audio is NOT permitted.

Please reframe from talking whilst Jane is working and causing any other disturbance or you may be asked to leave.
- Private Readings -
It is important to understand that by law, any experiment of mediumship In person, via zoom, or at a public demonstration is used only for entertainment purposes. There is no guarantee during a mediumship reading of who will make a connection. Jane also works on a psychic level with tarot cards but is not a fortune teller, Jane may see opportunities around you but nothing is guaranteed. During a reading if the client is not satisfied with the information received the session may be terminated and also if jane feels no connections the session will be terminated and a refund issued. Booking details are confirmed by email when bookings are successfully completed.

No Recordings Allowed at a 1 to 1 reading, in person or online via zoom.

No under 18s allowed at a 1 to 1 reading, and if you appear to look under age photo identification may be required.

Please sit alone in a disturbance free area for a zoom reading.

To change the date of a 1 to 1 reading, more than 24 hours notice is required, or monies will not be transferable.

If you cancel your 1 to 1 reading less than 24 hours prior to the appointment date, no refund will be issued and no transfer of monies to another appointment or other Person will be offered.

If there is a ‘no show or no response to our messages’ from you at the time of your reading, all monies paid will be lost.

In the event of your appointment being cancelled by Jane, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to book another appointment.
- Courses & Workshops -
Online Courses and Workshops are available for people from around the World. To keep any course interesting and to give everyone a chance to learn the number of attendees will be limited. Booking details are confirmed by email when bookings are successfully completed.

If you cancel your attendance less than 24 hours prior to the start of the Course or Workshop, no refund will be issued and no transfer of monies to another Date will be offered. Your booking could have been used by someone else.

If you miss any or all of the Course or Workshop, no partial or full refunds are issued. It is up to you to attend.

In the event of the Course of Workshop being cancelled by Jane, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to book another time.
